Solutions Principal
Own AWS migration engagements end to end — design the architecture, lead the delivery, or both — for our growing Prishtina team.
We’re building out the senior technical bench in our Prishtina engineering center, and we’re hiring Solutions Principals — senior AWS people who can design the solution, lead the delivery, or both. It’s a senior role: you’ll run engagements without being managed.
The role
- Own AWS migration engagements end to end as the delivery lead — the architecture, the customer relationship, and the team’s execution.
- Solution deals: target architectures, sizing, cost models, and the diagrams that go with them.
- Join prospect calls early and own the technical side of the conversation — we handle the commercials.
- Drive our Prishtina delivery team to finished, accepted outcomes.
Ideally you bring both solutioning and delivery leadership. If you’re strong on one side, we still want to talk.
What we’re looking for
- AWS Professional certification — Solutions Architect – Professional or DevOps Engineer – Professional. This one is required.
- Real, hands-on AWS infrastructure experience; migration experience is a plus.
- Strong English on calls with US customers — you’ll be the technical voice in the room.
- The judgment to run an engagement on your own.
Compensation
Competitive base plus performance bonus. We’ll get into specifics in the interview.
