At Polymath, we believe skill and dedication are more important than a diploma. Our Apprenticeship Program is designed for those who want to take their growth seriously. We offer an intense, hands-on opportunity for you to fast-track your career, working on real client projects while receiving top-tier training.

If you're ready to commit 100%, we're ready to help you turn potential into mastery.

Full-Time Commitment: No diploma? No problem. But if you haven't finished a degree, this program demands your full focus. We expect 100% dedication, with client work during the day and training after hours.
Employment & Training: You'll be employed from day one. We offer opportunities and training, but you must work hard and invest in yourself. We provide the path, you bring the hustle.
Earn Your Way: This isn't just any training program. We compress 10 years of experience into two intense years. You can't buy this kind of training—you have to earn it.
Meritocracy: This program is about skill and performance, not titles or degrees. It's a meritocracy, and only those who rise to the challenge succeed.
Competitive Process: Admission to the program is competitive because we only want those who are serious about growth.

How the Program Works

3 Months of Training

Structured in two-week sprints, you'll work on hands-on projects with evaluations at the end of each sprint. Pass the final exam to move forward.

3 Months of Trial Employment

This phase eases the transition from training to real-world work. Supervised project work helps you adapt, and only those who meet expectations continue.

2-Year Apprenticeship

During this period, you'll work on real projects with oversight and mentorship, meeting quarterly and annual objectives. Pass the internal "Polymath" exam to become a full-time Polymath.

Cohort Specializations

We continuously launch new cohorts designed to build specialized skills in the following key areas:

App Development: Dive deep into cloud-native development, working with AWS, Azure, and serverless architectures. You'll learn how to build scalable applications that integrate across platforms, from web to IoT.
DevOps: Master automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management. This track focuses on building and maintaining highly efficient, automated environments following best practices like AWS's Well-Architected Framework.
QA Engineering: Develop expertise in testing frameworks, automated test scripts, and quality assurance for cloud-based applications. Ensure applications are robust, secure, and scalable through rigorous testing methodologies.
