Three phases to becoming a Polymath
3 Months Training
Two-week sprints with hands-on projects and evaluations. Pass the final exam to move forward. Structured, rigorous, and designed to build real skills fast.
3 Months Trial
Supervised project work to ease the transition from training to production. You'll work on real client deliverables with close oversight.
2-Year Apprenticeship
Real projects with mentorship, quarterly objectives, and annual milestones. Pass the internal exam to become a full-time Polymath engineer.
