Visar Gashi
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
With nearly three decades of experience in technology and consulting, Visar Gashi founded Polymath to bring enterprise-grade cloud expertise to startups and SMBs. As a hands-on leader, Visar focuses on strategic direction, growth, and maintaining the company's high standards of quality and accountability. His extensive experience in system integration, modernization, and cloud transformation has helped Polymath become a trusted partner to businesses worldwide. Under his leadership, Polymath's core values—Get It Done, No Excuses, Driven by Knowledge, and Agility Through Discipline—drive every decision and action.
Muharrem Shefkiu
Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer
Muharrem Shefkiu, COO of Polymath Services, brings over 15 years of experience in cloud technology and enterprise infrastructure. Previously, as Director of Engineering at Kosovo Telecom, he managed mission-critical systems for mobile and cable TV infrastructure. At Polymath, he oversees daily operations from the company's engineering hub in Kosovo, ensuring seamless delivery of cloud migration, DevOps, and managed services for clients. Certified by AWS, Red Hat, Nokia, and Ericsson, Muharrem blends his deep technical expertise with operational leadership, creating a culture of discipline, automation, and continuous learning. Under his guidance, Polymath fosters high-performance engineering while delivering "No Excuses" results.

Steve Joachim
CEO, SHGB LLC
Steve has over 40 years of experience in technology, finance, new product development and management of young companies. He has served in various capacities at the Board and C Suite level in Investment Banking, Regulatory Services and Technology Companies including Chair of the Board for GLEIF and IFIE, Board of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and Merrill Lynch Specialists Inc, and COO and CSO of Plural and EVP of FINRA . His experience spans both private sector and Non Profit companies, in particular, he held business and technology leadership roles in Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and was interim CTO and head of Transparency Services at FINRA, the non profit securities regulator. He has advised, created, built and operated companies and new products by leveraging innovative technologies and financial tools. Over the last 10 years he has focused on such diverse organizations as young technology companies, Non profit finance organizations, and companies and technologies that raise the quality of life in our communities.
Rob Daly
Founder & CEO at Catalyst Technology
Rob Daly, member of the board of advisors, has over 25 years of experience in applied software engineering and in building companies that serve clients by using software in new ways to solve hard problems. Most recently, he led Stelligent Systems LLC as its CEO from 2015-2017, resulting in a successful acquisition by HOSTING.com. After having helped Paul Duvall co-found Stelligent in 2007, he was an active board member through 2014, quietly began to actively drive Stelligent in 2014, and formally was named CEO in 2015. Prior to Stelligent, Rob founded two other successful specialized software engineering services firms, 5AM Solutions and Number Six Software. 5AM Solutions was dedicated to providing software solutions to the life sciences, and Number Six, sold in 2007 for $32mm to ATSC focused on applying best practices such as agile development, to provide solutions to a variety of verticals. In each of 5AM and Number Six, he founded them with his own capital, and grew them both organically from one- person companies to 50+ engineers before exiting. Prior to those ventures, his skills were honed as a software consultant with Rational Software. Rob also serves on the Board of the nonprofit group, Sea to Shore Alliance. Rob has contributed to and reviewed acclaimed technology books. He holds a BS in aeronautical engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
