About Polymath Services

Leadership

The people who run Polymath stay close to the work — active in architecture reviews, hiring decisions, and the customer calls that matter. That's how the engineering standards hold.

Leadership

The people accountable for the work

Leadership at Polymath is a working role, not an oversight layer. Technical direction, hiring decisions, and delivery standards all sit with the people on this page — and stay there as the team grows.

Visar Gashi

Visar Gashi

Founder & CEO

Nearly three decades in technology and consulting across startups and enterprise. Visar founded Polymath to bring enterprise-scale engineering discipline to growing companies — making the experience and rigor of large-firm delivery available to teams in the 10-to-500-person bracket.

His standard is simple: every engagement ends with a production system in the customer's account, owned and operated by their team. He reviews architectures, sits in on key customer calls, and holds the team accountable to the standards that earned Polymath its AWS Advanced Tier partnership.
