We inventory the environment — infrastructure, architecture, code, operational posture — and document exactly what's needed. You get a report you can brief your board with before anything else happens.
Plan & Design
Custom AWS architecture and an engagement roadmap tailored to your goals. Nothing is generic. Every design decision is reviewed, challenged, and signed off before code gets written.
Build
Iterative sprints with demo-able deliverables at each checkpoint. You set the cadence — we move to the next block only when the current one is reviewed and accepted. Infrastructure as code from commit one.
Acceptance Testing
Rigorous testing with your team before go-live — integration, performance, security, and business scenarios. Go/no-go is your call, not ours.
Go-Live
Planned cutover or launch with rehearsed runbooks, rollback plans, and a command center for the real event. Full visibility, final switch stays with you.
Handover
Your call: we deploy to production, or we guide your engineers through doing it themselves with full ownership. Either path ships with documentation, workshops, and support until your team is confident.
Short-Term Support
Active monitoring and hands-on issue resolution during the high-risk weeks after launch. Included in every engagement.
Long-Term Support
Optional managed services: proactive maintenance, performance tuning, cost governance, and the on-call relationship you'll want when something changes.
